When I woke up this morning I looked at the window and saw the leaves of the plants started to grow. So, after having my breakfast I went to the greenhouse, get the garden tools and started cleaning our garden. There were many dried leaves to be taken out and then wild grasses to wid. Then i cut the branches of the roses.

Well, I am satisfied with the result of my cleaning the garden this morning. And tomorrow I will start buying flower plants coz Spring is coming and it's the best time of the year to start planting.

VALENTINES GIFT

Today is Valentines Day and when I woke up this morning I saw this beautiful Guess Watch on my bed. It's sooo beautiful and I like it so much. 2 Nights - No Sleep

My son Leonardo is sick for a week now and 2 days ago a chiken pox came out from his body. He felt so itchy and continued scratching his body. That's why he can't sleep and since I have to take care of him...I didn't sleep myself too. I have to make sure he won't scratch the chiken pox specially on his face coz if he will, the mark will stay and it will look bad on him. Then yesterday he felt better and stop scratching because the doctor gave him a drops for the itch but last night his fever go up and he had some dillusions and I got scared that i rushed him to the hospital. But Thank God the doctor said that he is OK and just have to give him some paracetamol and i have to make sure that he stays inside the house so he wont infect other kids.

It was very tiring and wow 2 straight nights that i haven't had a good sleep. I'm just very thankful that all is well with my son and that he is feeling a lot better today.

Dentist

Last week I felt a lot of pain on my lower left 1st molar. So, I went to the dentist on Tuesday and he put antiseptic in the whole of the side of my tooth. And this morning I went back and the dentist told me to do the rooth canal. So, he cleaned my tooth and did what he said he'll do. Now my tooth is better but I have to return next week to amalgamized it or whatever. I'm not familiar with the term....hehehehe.

Trap in the Situation

A woman fell in love with a man of different race. She went with him in his place far from her and live with him there. They were gifted with a beautiful son. But there relationship was never in peace. The man's parents live next to their house and always intereffed in their lives. They fought everyday.

The woman thinks a lot about it. She would really like to go but it hurts her so much to think that she have to leave her son behind. She couldn't go on with her life without her son with him. If only they live in the same country but they don't. She is from a very far country from his. She is trap with her situation. So, She decided to stay and hoping that one day the man will allow her to work. When she will be able to work, then she could save some money and then maybe she could get out in her situation with her son with her.

I read an article today at yahoo of the 3 signs of a miserable jobs and i want it to share with you. These 3 signs are :

1. Anonymity. Employees feel anonymous when their manager has little interest in them as people with unique lives, aspirations, and interests.

2. Irrelevance. This occurs when workers cannot see how their job makes a difference. "Every employee needs to know that the work they do impacts someone's life -- a customer, a coworker, even a supervisor -- in one way or another.

3. Immeasurement. This describes the inability of employees to assess for themselves their contributions or success. As a result they often rely on the opinions of others -- usually the manager -- to measure their success.

And for those workers who may be experiencing the signs of job misery, the author recommends 3 remedies for this misery signs.

1. Assess your manager. Is the boss interested in and capable of addressing the three factors mentioned above?

2. Help your manager understand what you need. This could mean reviewing with your manager what the key measurements for success are for your job.

3. Act more like the manager you want. "Employees who take a greater interest in the lives of their managers are bound to infect them with the same kind of human interest they seek," the author says. Or find ways to let your manager know how his or her performance makes a positive difference for you.

I was by myself yesterday and have nothing to do. I got so bored. So, what i did is surf the internet and check if something will interest me. Then i remembered that i signed-up for MySpace and have done nothing about it yet. What i did next is log-in to it and did some modifications on my prfile, search and add friends who are already in MySpace and invite friends who are not yet a members. So far, i already have 2 friends who accept my friends request and 3 person who asked to be added on my friendslist. Well, at least i already have friends on MySpace.
